For the student
- A confirmed time belongs to you. The teacher cannot move it or cancel a paid lesson alone.
- You may reschedule free of charge until 12 hours before the lesson. After that, the lesson stays and counts.
- If the teacher asks to reschedule, you see the old time and the new time. Message opens the chat. Schedule, then confirm, moves the time for both of you. Decline keeps the original time.
- Silence is not consent. If you do not answer, the original time stays and the teacher must attend.
- If the teacher misses the lesson without an agreed new time, report it within 24 hours after the lesson ends. A fault is recorded, and the lesson remains your right: a replacement lesson, or a refund when payments are open.
For the teacher
- Do not cancel a paid lesson and do not move its time by yourself.
- Send a reschedule request and pick a free slot. The old time stays until the student answers.
- A trial lesson can still be cancelled or rescheduled by either side until 12 hours before it starts.
- An apology for a paid lesson cancels it and records a fault. The student keeps the right to that lesson.
- A missed lesson without agreement cannot be marked complete.
- Penalties: the first fault in 30 days is a warning. The second pauses new students for 7 days, while current students keep their lessons. The third within 90 days hides the profile from new students until an admin review.
